Streaming with a heart rate monitor is a usual thing now. Thousands of streamers are adding heart rate widgets when playing horror games, competitive, rhythm, workouts, etc.
The good thing is that there are a lot of ways to add a heart rate on stream. Most people use a Pulsoid tool, that works with supported type of heart rate sensors or can use Stromno as a pulse data source.

If you decided to show your heart rate on Twitch or YouTube steam you will need to get a unique overlay link from Stromno Dashboard and add it as a Browser Source in the streaming software you are using.
